We know that designing custom products online can be tricky.  But rest assure that we have a system in place to review all orders that are placed, thoroughly, and will contact you if any conflicts exist.

We only carry the highest quality items and only print or embroider with the very best equipment and personnel.  If you receive an order that is different from what you created in our design lab or if the product is defective or flawed in any way, you may return the item for a full refund within 15 days of receiving your order.  Please contact customer service prior to returning any goods.  We will issue a return authorization number to ensure that the return is handled promptly and accurately.

All of our prices are inclusive of all charges.  What you see on the screen is what you pay.  Most companies will have set up or art charges that are charged separately and add greatly to the overall cost of your order. 

We offer free shipping to all of the continental United States.  So why load up in that car and fight traffic to get through town to pick up your shirts.  Just simply order online with us, it takes only a few minutes, and your order will be delivered to you – FOR FREE!  And in most cases we can have you order printed delivered to you within 10 days.  Now that's Fast!

That’s right, direct to you.  Don’t pay extra by purchasing from a company that doesn’t even print the items you’re ordering.  We do everything right here in our factory.  So when you design something in our lab, or have our designers do it for you, it goes right to our prep area then on to our state of the art presses that are operated with care by our highly trained staff.  This vertical integration allow us to keep our price low.

We do not charge Set Up fees on any orders placed with our company.  This creates a tremendous savings to you, our customer.  We are able to do this because we keep all of our work in house and can more easily control our costs.  One of our goals when starting this site was to be completely up front with the price.  We did not want customers spending time in our design lab only to find out that what they created would be too expensive for their budget.  We let you know before with our quick price function.
