Our production time is generally 7-10 business days from order placement until your order ships. Shipping time can vary. Click here to see transit times. Rush service
is available for an additional 25% charge which guarantees your order will ship within 5 business days. If that’s not fast enough, we can ship within 3 days for an additional charge - you will need to contact customer service to set this up and get a quote. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SCREEN PRINTING AND EMBROIDERY? |

Both methods are used for embellishing designs or logos to clothing and accessories. Screen printing is a method that uses inks in a stencil method to print images onto clothing. Embroidery uses thread to sew an image into the fabric of items. Screen printing is good for t-shirts and provides a long lasting imprint. Embroidery is generally used on polo shirts and
hats and brings depth and dimension to you design or logo. Screen printed images can usually be more detailed than embroidered ones. |

CAN I SEE A SAMPLE BEFORE MY ORDER GETS PROCESSED? |

The cost and time involved will not permit us to print samples. But rest assure that every order is reviewed by our graphics department and if any discrepancies are found, we will contact you immediately. |

CAN I ORDER MULTIPLE SHIRT STYLES OR COLORS WTIH MY DESIGN? |

Currently our website will not permit ordering more than one shirt style and color per design. However, if you contact us by email at answers@wholesalscreenprinting.com, or by calling 888-383-4876, we will be happy to assist you in selecting garments that will work with your design. |

HOW CAN I LOWER MY PRICE? |

The item quantity, number of colors in your design, number of print locations, and the garment brand/style all affect the price. The more garments you order, the more your price will decrease. Usually white garments are cheaper than colors. Additionally, the fewer ink colors and fewer imprint locations you have, the less expensive the price will be. |

HOW DO I GET A PRICE QUOTE? |

Simply click the “Price Preview” button in the selected product category page. Enter the estimated number of colors in your design, the locations you would like to print, and the total number you would like to order. You will then be able to see the price for all the items on the page based on the information you provided. |

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? |

If you are not satisfied in any way, please call us at 888-383-4876. We will work hard to correct and replace your order or issue a refund within 15 days of the receipt of your order. |

AM I BEING CHARGED SALES TAX? |

If you are located in the State of Florida you will be charged 6%. If outside Florida, no tax will be charged. |

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? |

We accept Visa, MC, and American Express. Purchase orders are accepted from schools and government offices. A faxed copy to 239-262-8909 will be required. In some instances, approved credit terms are given to companies who qualify. Call 888-383-4876 for more info. |

CAN I ADD OR CHANGE SIZES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED? |

You have a very short window to do this. Generally, if you contact us at 888-383-4876 with in 48 hours we can accommodate you. There are no changes available for rush orders. |

HOW LARGE CAN YOU SCREEN PRINT ON A SHIRT? |

|
We can print 14” X 14”. However the size of the shirt can be a factor as well. |

WHAT FORMATS ARE ACCEPTABLE FOR UPLOADING AN IMAGE? |

We accept artwork in the following formats: AI, EPS, GIF, JPG, BMP, , PDF, PNG, PSD. Our file size limit is 5MB. For vectored formats (AI, EPS) please be sure to convert all fonts to paths. For image formats a dpi of 200 or higher is recommended. Some formats will not show thumbnail previews when uploaded. If you have problems with the
