Artwork Information

To send electronic artwork to Wholesale Screen Printing please follow these guidelines:

File Formats: Vectored Images - CorelDraw (.cdr), Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps) and Freehand are
acceptable formats and do not usually require any art charges.
Pixel Images - .jpg, .tif, bitmap and word documents are unsuitable formats and must be
recreated by the art department. An art charge of $50 per hour may occur.

Available Programs: MAC: Freehand 8.0, Adobe Illustrator 10.0, QuarkXpress 4.1, Photoshop 5.5
PC: CorelDraw10, Adobe Illustrator 8.0

Font Information: Convert all text to paths (outlines). If this is not possible, send all screen
& printer fonts used for all art.

File Information: We need a copy of every file used in creating the document. Always keep
your own copy of the files.

Colors: When assigning a color to art or text, please use a Pantone color. This is for
reference only, colors may vary slightly when printed.

Screen Printing

Pricing for screen printing is determined by a variety of different factors:

Type of garment
We offer different styles, brands & qualities in a variety of price ranges. You can view our online catalog at www.wholesalescreenprinting.com, or request one at 239-263-7061.

Number of garments printed
While our minimum order is 24 pieces, we do offer quantity discounts.

Number of locations printed
Our base price includes one location.

Number of ink colors printed
Our base price includes 1 ink color.

- On all new orders there is a one-time setup charge. This covers the labor and material cost of preparing the initial screens.

- Custom artwork is charged at an hourly rate of $50. If a vectored art file is supplied and no changes are required, then there is no art charge.

- Screen printing orders are usually complete within 7-10 working days from the date of the art approval. We do offer a rush service at an additional charge of 25% of the invoice total.

Embroidery Information

When pricing embroidery there are many factors to take into consideration:

Type of garment

Number of garments embroidered
While our minimum order is 24 pieces, we do offer quantity discounts.

Number of locations embroidered
Our base price includes one location, you can add more locations for an additional cost.

Stitch count
Our base cost includes up to 8,000 stitches. There is an additional charge of $.50/1,000 stitches above 8,000.

- On all new orders there is a one-time digitizing charge. This is determined by the stitch count. We charge $15/1,000 stitches with a minimum charge of $45.

- If custom artwork is required, it is charged at an hourly rate of $50.

- A stitched out proof will be provided to you. Upon its approval, the order is usually complete within 7-10 working days. Rush Service is available at an extra charge of 25% of invoice total.
